"Just had a pharmacist talk over me and tell me that I need to get a different prescription from my doctor, since there is a nationwide backorder. I'm not sure what made this woman think she suddenly has the position to give that kind of advice, but hopefully she'll learn that she isn't a doctor before she starts doing this to every customer who calls. I won't be coming to this location anymore."
"The absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. I had surgery and it took 4 different trips to receive my 3 prescriptions. Every time I would call they would tell me they would be ready at a certain time and when I went they were not. I wasn’t even showing up right at the time they told me I would show up 30-60 min after the time they told me. They showed zero sympathy or any indication they cared at. Not to mention when I go to pick up my monthly prescription I have to call EVERY TIME. As they will NOT automatically fill it for you. You have to basically get on their case for every single prescription. Zero chance I’ll ever fill another prescription here and I advise you to do the same."
