"This has to be the worst pharmacy in Austin. The manager Veronica would not fill my prescription cause “I can’t fill prescriptions from Houston doctors”. She then told me I need to switch to a local doctor (which is none of her business) Then I showed her the address on the script was an Austin address. She considered filling it but wanted to confirm with the doctor's office after her 1:30-2 lunch break. I waited 30 minutes for her to tell me prescription was fraudulent (which it is not). She refused to call my doctor. My doctor contacted the pharmacist and she proceeded to tell my doctor that the script was fake and would not budge. Total idiot! Formal complaint in process. Update: Walgreens in FORT WORTH filled the script no problem from a Houston doctor, with an Austin patient address. Total waste of time this lady is."
"James is the most rude guy at this CvS. He yelled at me asking my name and dob. I do not recommend this CVS to anyone, this guy is really not a customer oriented employee."
