"The main pharmacist with the little pony tail allowed me to sign for my medication today, then proceeded to walk out to my car as I was pulling away. He asked to see my medication, and after he had it in his hands, he told me that I actually owed money and could not have it. Apparently, they stopped accepting my insurance, which was news to me. Technical difficulties aside, I understand. But what I don't understand is how I'm able to sign off for my medication and then have him come out to the parking lot and take it away. He also mentioned that if I had left with it they would have just billed me for it. So he knew this. So, instead of me having my much needed medication, he made the choice to basically steal it from me out of my car. I'm livid to say the least. Just watch out for this place and their practices. Edit - see below response. They accused me of stealing after I signed for my medication and left. It was their mistake. So take that as a part of their culture for what you will."

"I’m not one to leave reviews often, and I’m not a complainer by nature, but I just called to ask if my Rx was in stock and the guy who answered the phone was the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to, for absolutely no reason. It would be one thing if I asked something I could’ve googled myself, but that was not the case. I feel sorry for him and anyone who has to work with him, tbh, and the managers need to nip it in the bud as I see I’m not the only reviewer who has had this experience. Last time I went, the pharmacist took an hour to run my insurance and admitted she works like one day a month and should know how to do it but didn’t, so was texting coworkers who were at home. But at least she was nice! And she tried all the things! I liked her a lot by the end of it, even though my partner just had chemo and had to wait in the car that whole hour alone while I tried to help the employee by calling my insurance and being a middle-man. I wouldn’t even bring that up except to illustrate that being nice is everything."

"Very quick and very, very nice staff! I left HEB for this pharmacy and I have no regrets. After my doc visit I go straight there and I have never had to wait long! Definitely recommend as prescriptions can be a nightmare to deal with"

"I called them to ask when my script would be ready and learned the hard way that I’m supposed to wait for them to text. The guy that answered said it might be ready sometime today. I asked if he could be more specific and he tells me he doesn’t know, and ends up mocking me, saying that maybe I should come watch them count the pills out. Really?? When I got there I asked to speak with a manager- the manager tells me I should have just waited for the text. Lesson learned: don’t go back to this place."
