"Pick another pharmacy! The convenience of the Victory Medical “pharmacy” is not worth the headaches. Simple 3 items to fill … 10 minutes. Wrong. Needed to come back twice for 2 (another 30 minutes). And a third time (the next day) to pick the last item … only to find it’s still not ready and the pharmacist responsible only works certain days. Don’t waste your time."
"Everyone that works here is kind, patient, and helpful. I have multiple prescriptions and I’d say half the time there’s some issue (not the pharmacy’s issue) and they always help me find a solution without being annoyed. They also have high quality supplements on site."
"So I called on this past Wednesday (yesterday) around 11am to place a refill. I was put on hold to verify that it would be shipped that day to arrive at my home today (Thursday) and the pharmacist confirmed it would be shipped Wednesday after coming back on the line. So…I got home and my prescription was not delivered so I called this pharmacy and come to find out the pharmacist (that confirmed my shipment and took my order) did NOT even put the prescription in until this morning (Thursday) and wasn’t filled until this afternoon. So having said that I will not get my med until Tuesday of the following week. This place is unbelievable and I feel like they do not communicate well within their establishment. If I had not called and asked where my prescription was, nobody would have ever reached out to me and told me that I wasn’t getting my med until the following week. In my opinion, I feel like that is not appropriate nor good customer service, especially when the product is medication that people need."
"I love using this pharmacy not only to fill my own prescription but also my dogs prescriptions when possible. There is never a guessing game of when my medicine will be ready and they always remember me. The customer service is hands down amazing in person, drive thru, or over the phone, and they seriously go above and beyond. High recommend!"
