"Literally the worst service I have ever had at any Walgreens. I call ahead every time and my perscription has never been ready when it was confirmed by the system. They make you wait long amounts of time to then have it filled, and have generally bad service"

"I have been here two times for picking up my medication I just got prescribed from the clinic next door. Both occurrences were dealt with fast paced, efficient, and kind interactions with the staff. I think it’s cute that once it’s time for me to pay, they would yell out “consult!” and then the pharmacist would come by and explain how I should be taking the medications and informed me of the duration I’m suppose to be taking it. They are always doing something, but handling customers so well. There’s assurance wanted from them by the consultation section, pick-up section, and the drive-thru. They switch between sections so quickly. I respect their routine they got going."

"Walgreens employees are surely some of the most helpful, patient, and friendly workers anywhere! The stores are bright, clean, and well-organized. Those in the pharmacy are thoroughly professional and knowledgeable. I have NEVER had any bad experiences!"

"Was in the drive thru line to pick up my prescription today, and pulled up to the window at 1:29 after waiting behind another car. They had closed for lunch 1:30-2:00. Would have been nice if they had just told me they were going to lunch instead of closing when they knew someone was waiting. I’ve also never seen this anywhere before. Is it common to close for a lunch break? The voicemail left said open 8am to 8pm. Perhaps those messages should be amended."

"The customer service for the pharmacy has gone completely down hill over the last few months. I try to go at odd times, so I'm not waiting for a long time in the drive-thru. Today, for instance, I was the 3rd car in line when I pulled up about 8:50pm. I have been 3rd car for 20 minutes waiting. It was even long enough for 2 of the passengers of the car at the window to take a smoke break. This is insanely ridiculous the wait time to just pick up my dad's needed prescriptions. I will be getting his medications moved to a pharmacy that can handle 3+ cars in 20 minutes. Hopefully, soon this location will get back up to the great leve service I've received for amost 12 years."
