"The customer service is unprofessional and completely incapable of speaking to other people. It takes five days for them to refill a prescription and then they want you to wait 24 hours to have it filled because they need the “time” to fill it. Too many other places to have your prescriptions filled that won’t talk down to customers then worth continuing to go here. I love HEB, but this pharmacy has at least one employee that needs help and I’m not being her punching bag and neither should you."
"Chris at the counter was amazing to work with me personally to get me the medication I could afford. I am not sure who was the pharmacist was behind the counter but they were also amazing and quickly altered my prescription quantity. I can't thank these individuals enough for helping me despite how busy the pharmacy was at the moment."
"After grocery shopping and paying for my items, I went to leave. And the cartwheels locked up. Not knowing that they installed wheel locks on the new carts. I try to Roll the shopping cart to my car, But the second I get out of the building the wheel locks up. I get 10 feet from the building and then I get approached from an employee. Cussing at me because they installed a new system today and didn't bother to say anything or post pictures or signs or anything. it's sad this used to be the nice HEB but I see it's becoming just as ghetto as the others"
"I've been using heb pharmacy for years. The staff always have been great and kind. I wanted to personally thank one of your pharmacist Payal!! Payal went above and beyond to help find a prescription for my daughter. Nearly every pharmacy was out of stock for this med. Payal did not have to go the extra mile but she did knowing how important this was. Thankyou HEB pharmacy for having such great caring pharmacists and staff. "Excellent staff and service with helpful advice for getting discounts on your prescriptions. I've had several pharmacies in South Austin but this is the one I would recommend the most because are convenient and very well organized."
