"the people are very nice, the pharmacy has needed additional help since they have opened.. they also need to train their pharmacists how to communicate better and understand insurance issues. The manager is supposed to step in and help with they are backed up, it never happens. they need to hire someone just to take phone calls and handle the drive through during the rush hours. nothing has changed,. i would not have gone back here from Peoples if they had not lost their BCBS contract. It is an insult. And it takes three people to look at one thing to figure it our. More staff, more training"
