"Was in Austin visiting our grandson and my vial of insulin fell and broke. Needed to get a replacement and of course insurance would not cover it. Had to pay cash for it and wow almost $400 the pharmacist knew the situation and ask me to wait a few minutes to see what coupons she could fin. She was able to reduce it to $124. She went above and beyond. Highly recommend this cvs And the pharmacist. Thank you"

"So I was going to be three minutes late picking up prescription, have card on file, I call and ask them to please allow me to still pick it up, card on file they can ring me out and everything, they said no, because no one would be there. So you mean right at 6pm everyone leaves and no one could spare 3min of there day to hand me a bag. 3 min folks. I miss the yesterdays when folks cared about their customers, and went out of the way to keep their business. This is just an example of what drives someone to find another place to take their business! Maybe reconsider what 3 minutes of compassion or lack there of costs. Btw drive by and seen about 10 to 12 cars there, bet customers were still checking out. Lazy, inpatient, or just plain selfishness, I dunno, but I'm so over it."

"Jessica Szymanski is the first pharmacist in Austin who has seemed to genuinely care about my issues and needs. I am so happy to have met Jessica. She's awesome and I will use her as my pharmacist going forward. Can't recommend her highly enough!!"

"Horrible cvs location. I was just on hold for 1.5 hours and no one ever answers! Drive thru is always closed because “they’re busy” and there is a sign for you to go inside. Then wait 30 min in line. Filled medication envelopes are spread all over the counter and ground, they have to shuffle through it for 10 min just to find your medication. Very disorganized. It’s gone downhill fast. Go somewhere else."

"The Pharmacist at this CVS is not the sharpest tool in the shed, nor does she have a kind heart. When the website messed up our appointment, switching our desired date to a few days later, the pharmacist turned us away from a Covid vaccine when one of the employees was literally standing there holding the syringe in her hands. Her excuse; she’s turned down several others today because she’s too far behind on her work. If she didn’t turn us down as well, that would be wrong. Really? The process was practically done, but she couldn’t lose that time for her employee to get back in the “flow”. Well guess what, now she’s wasted more time fussing at customers for no reason when if she just did the right and kind thing, everything would be done and everyone would be happy. Also, she wouldn’t have to explain herself to her boss about how she upset several customers in a single day. Did I mention that there were ZERO people in line to get their vaccine?"
