"I got insurance from them last week for a 97 Ford and a 12 ram both trucks I cam in today Monday morning to drop 97 Ford lady told me payment for this truck was forfeit I wouldn't get credit for it also it would be 15.00 for dropping it she asked why I was dropping it I told her they had insured a tow truck ."

"My policy for a mobile home was cancelled without notice, but they kept charging me for over a year, (I have the receipts) when I went to this location they said they just receive money but can't provide a insurance proof; I called the insurer conpany they explained to me that this San Benito agent never sent the payment to them. Be careful people."
