"Last Saturday night I went to this place to celebrate a friend's birthday party, everything was great ( service and food) however I would like to say that our server fail to mention when the check was brought to my table that gratuity was included. I know very often servers fail to mention it because customers may make the mistake of over typing(which was my case). A few hours later, I called the manager of this place to try to fix the total amount of my check, but I was told, "Nothing can be done about it." I wish I had paid more attention that night, but I also wish that employees of this place are more honest and make more of an effort to inform customers when gratuity is included on someone's check."

"I just love that place! I always go with friends and have a great time here. Nice staff, good food quality, and drinks are absolutely phenomenal (not watered down)… having an Old Fashion is a must… I could be biased tho but Play Book gets 5 ✨ anyhow."

"Pretty decent sports bar, with plenty of TVs and a pretty inviting atmosphere The noise level is enough to easily hold a conversation, and it seems rather family friendly The only real downside was that the service was a bit "odd". I went with a friend and the second we sat down we were handed menus and asked if we wanted drinks. Um, yes, but give us a second first? When we got our drink we asked a question about the wings, which she didn't know. In general she seemed a bit inexperienced, but maybe she was, or maybe it was an off night? Either way, the wings were good, if a bit greasy, and the margaritas we got were tasty, so I'll probably be back, if I'm in the area"

"Very delicious food. We ordered the loaded waffle fries which we completely killed. They were delicious. Plenty of nacho cheese, tons of bacon bites and a handful of beef bite size pieces. The player burger was ginormous and had a lot of toppings. Very delicious and filling (couldn’t even finish the whole thing!) the boom boom sliders were to die for!! So juice and mouth watering flavors. We also got the Dragon berry mojito was absolutely stunning. And the cytrynowka mojito was also very very good. 10/10 would recommend. Very nice Polish atmosphere. Will be coming back with more friends."

"Best place to watch the UFC/Boxing events. Usually come here with my friends that are 21+ but last time I decided to take my little man for lunch. We had a blast. Day time is kinda calm atmosphere. Nights are a bit different. Skirt stake 8/10 solid Firecracker shrimp was a 10/10 (best shrimp I ever had) Salads are fire too. Let's just say the food will not disappoint at playbook."
