"I'm assuming that the guy named Steven L. was my service guy by looking at the invoice. I forgot to ask his name. He was the most friendly and trustworthy person I have ever encountered at an oil change facility. He was SUPER helpful and I am trying to get my husband to switch over his services that he has with Valvoline Instant Oil Change. Last time I took my car there they forgot the plug for my oil change and oil went all over our driveway and garage. My husbnad was happy to see all the perks that Jiffy Lube gave me with percentages off my services and the awesome $25 gift card promo. You've got my business for sure."

"Showed up to get a quick oil change right before I left for a 3 hour drive and was told that whoever did my last oil change "rounded off" my drain plug. Well I know for a fact that it wasn't the last person because I did it. The employee told me there was metal shavings in his socket. They rounded off my drain plug and then rushed me out the door to try and not take blame. Literal first and last time I will ever go to a jiffy lube in my lifespan. Update: Steven the manager reached out to me and offered to remove the rounded drain plug with his extractor. He offered an extreme discount for an oil change as well to make up for this experience I had. I had already ended up buying my own oil and filter and a new drain plug. He used the parts and oil that I bought and extracted the drain plug for me for free. Steven did me right and I really appreciate his professionalism with a situation like this. Changing my review to a higher rating."
