"Would not recommend to anyone. Ordered a ladder for my van. Was supposed to ship in 3-5 days. Was listed as in stock. Received no communication regarding shipping or something wrong with my order. I finally called 2 1/2 weeks later and was casually informed that the ladder was on back order and would not arrive for at least another month. When asked, "Why wasn't I informed so that I could cancel my order and make other arrangements?" The lady said, "sorry." This is not professional behavior for any company."
