"It won't let me give it zero stars or I would. It was absolutely horrible. The worst. My son got a $100.00 gift card to Foot Locker for Christmas. So we went to the store in Sunset Hills. We looked at clothes and shoes. He found a pair he loved. But they wouldn't even go look in back to see if they had it in my son's size. They are like no I am pretty sure we don't have that size. Pretty sure is not a confident no. I asked if another store had it in stock. They told me to check online. After not being able to get help we left and I told my son we will just shop on the website. He found another pair of shoes he loved. We ordered them ship to store. They arrived two days early so I went to the Foot Locker at the galleria to pick them up. I showed the women working and they said we don't have this it says right here it was shipped to your house. I reassured them I ordered it ship to store. So I called the 1800 number I found on the website. I was on the phone about 45 minutes and got absolutely nowhere. The lady on the phone said they were shipped to my house I said this is absolutely not true I had one email that said my address and one that said the store address. So I left they told me I would receive an email with the answers to the investigation by Thursday. So I come Thursday no email. I gave it a couple extra days due to it being the holiday season. So then I called the 1800 number to ask what was going on. He tried calling the store several times to speak with someone there. However nobody would answer. So he had me drive back to the store and call him from there so he could speak to his own employees. So I get back to the store and I start explaining everything to the cashier. She hard rolls her eyes at me and says well there is the manager I don't know. So I explain to the manager what is going on. This is on the lower level of the mall where they have the 3 footlockers connected. He goes ignorant as possible and talking to me like I am stupid. He was loud with attitude. He says this is not my store this is upstairs. Um ok well I have been here twice and on the phone several times. I had no idea there was a Footlocker also upstairs since there was 3 downstairs. So he sent me upstairs where I finally received my package on January 3rd that I was supposed to receive on Dec. 23rd. I absolutely hate this store I would give it negative 100 stars if I could. I will never shop here again nor will my children. I used to shop there long ago and couldn't remember why I stopped but now I remember. Worst customer service ever. Mean people. Just a horrible place to shop. Period!!!!"

"They had some rude worker there (glasses, nappy hair, light skinned) this evening around 4pm. Never again will I go to this footlocker I felt so dismissed looking to spend good $ on shoes for me and my kids. I’ll be calling to speak to a manager tomorrow"

"Worst business practices ever, staff are poorly trained and clearly showing that they would rather be somewhere else. We bought two pair of shoes from them after having to hunt down one of the employees just standing around. They cameback and said we don't have that size when I just checked the display shoe and it was the size I needed (first red flag). Then when I am at the counter I ask if both sizes (9.5 and kids 3y) are in the boxes the extremely lazy employee behind the cash register made a comment like "yep". Come to find out when we get home they have given me the wrong shoe. The 9.5 shoe wasn't even the male shoe, giving off the impression that the shoe was being held for an employee. the shoe was a female shoe and the kids sizes was a 2y inside of a 3y box. Long story short do not go to this place."

"4 of the employees tryed to jump on me in the store, called me several racial slurs, and looked at me and yelled at me new america. This place is no place i will ever do buisness with again. Corprate office didnt even seem to think it was much of a deal, but had the table would have been turned, and i used racial slurs against them, the whole world would have heard it about it on the news that night. This store needs to be closed down, there isnt any fixing what is going on in the store"
