"I have spent over TWO WEEKS trying to get an issue resolved on a delivery order. Part of my order was not delivered. I've called the store many times, each time getting the runaround. It's not their fault, take it up with Door Dash - BTW they don't even post on their site they no longer deliver themselves, come in for a refund (I can't, I don't have a car), we can't credit your card, we'll send you a gift card. We'll send it out tomorrow which would have been last Wednesday. Today is Tuesday, haven't received it, call & they tell me the sent it out Friday the old 'it's in the mail' line. This is absolutely ridiculous. It may not have been such a big deal except I kept getting put off, now I'm angry. This is absolutely unacceptable."

"They have great food and excellent customer service but do not put money in the change machine at the car wash because it will just eat your money and not spit any Quarters out. I do like the automatic wash"

"This is quite possibly the best Casey's I have been to and they definitely have the best pizza in the area. I guess if I have to complain about something it is the fact that they no longer have sausage egg and biscuit breakfast sandwiches. they seem to have done away with the biscuits completely and that's very disappointing because those croissants just do nothing for me. I now have to go elsewhere in the morning."
