"It’s one thing to continue to not assist me, personally, with my prescription. It’s another when they refuse to assist with my two and half yr old? Why do I make such an accusation. Because myself and Kelsey Seybold have been trying to get in touch with them. And If you try to call before and after their meal break. They do not answer . I thought it was just another Walgreens that handles customers that way. No… it’s all Walgreens. Thank you Walgreens of Creekside for making me aware that ANY OTHER PHARMACY WILL AND HAS CARED MORE THAN ANY WALGREENS EVER COULD OR WOULD. Sincerely, one angry mother."

"I had to return to Walgreens because they messed up our prescription the first time (which I found out about after waiting 30 minutes in line). I was in line at the Pharmacy the second time before 5:40, knowing they close at 6. They are very slow and disorganized, and by the time it was my turn, it was after 6. Instead of realizing that people are in line well before they close, they closed right as it was my turn, not allowing me to get the meds I needed. If they are going to close on customers in line, then they need to close the line BEFORE they close. It’s common customer service which most every other business follows. Their techs are also quite rude with simple questions, especially over the phone. I realize they may be short staffed and all of the other issues the pandemic causes. But if they want to stay relevant as a business, they need to treat customers better. Maybe that’s not a concern to them, because based on looong lines they are always busy. So if you like long lines and poor customer service, go here. However, there are other pharmacy options, which we will begin using from now on."

"This is directed towards the service of the Pharmacy. I considered changing my my pharmacy over to Walgreens but they can't seem to figure out how to operate their phone. I was on hold for 35 minutes before I gave up. As for the store, its great."
