"After telling me my prescription would be ready in an hour, driving all the way there.. and having to wait another 25 minutes…. They did not have my prescription in stock. Wasted 2 hours of my time. Confirm they have your prescription in stock, before they waste yours too."
"This pharmacy is terrible. They never have prescriptions ready in a timely manner. Most of the time they tell me they don't even have anything when I know the doctor sent the prescription over hours earlier only to figure out after some looking that they do indeed have the prescription but, it's not filled. Then you end up waiting an hour to get your meds. Do yourself a favor and find a different pharmacy."
"Asked to have a prescription delivered because I was in great pain. The doctor had called it in. I called 20 minutes before the delivery deadline. The girl who answered the phone wouldn’t even try to talk to the pharmacist to see if the Rx could be ready by the deadline at 3:00. I begged her, but she didn’t care. Instead she spent 5 minutes arguing with me. So, I could not have the Rx delivered because it supposedly wasn’t ready by 3:00, but I got a text and an email at 3:15 saying that the Rx was ready for pickup. I can’t go pick it up because I am not supposed drive and am in great pain. So, I have to go through tonight and tomorrow with no pain medication. The pharmacy tech absolutely did not care."
"Told me my prescription would be ready in 20 minutes so I went to wait in my car for the text. I waited for 45 minutes and ended up going back three hours later to pick it up. No text and the guy working the counter was speaking so low i couldnt make out a single word. No offer council m3 on how i take my meds just handed me the bag. If they didn't always have a ten minute time I'd ask them what's taking so long but I'm not wasting my time going back there again."
