"Driving though to get home and stop and gotta say scarlet made my whole weekend better. She was great nice friendly and the cup of ice I got was good. She makes u feel like u know each other. I go to dixion alot and never seen this Casey's till I was coming back to Iowa. Place was clean they had hot food. No chicken but it was 9am lol"
"Wasnt busy at all. Started making my pizza 10 minutes after it was suppose to be done. After standing there for half an hour, they forgot to put one of the toppings on. Still tasted good, but could they atleast try?"
"I called my pizza order in since the app “ready time” is never right. I was told 45 minutes. At 45 minutes I was told it would be another 20 minutes. No sense of urgency in the kitchen with slow service and people waiting. Then when I get home the pizza was over cooked. I have high hopes for the new Casey’s being built in Dixon. I like their pizza but there are too many options for good pizza in Dixon to waste my time coming back to this one."
"We ordered a pizza and showed up a little early to pick it up and told the cashier that we knew we were a little early so it’s fine if we had to wait a bit. She went and told the worker in the kitchen that we were there and he FREAKED OUT. Yelling and complaining about customers showing up early. I’ve never left a negative review for anything but it was very unprofessional and my wife and I were very uncomfortable."
