"Personal working pharmacy by the name of IKE was extremely rude. I asked to refill one of my prescriptions, and he told me in a smart tone “ you do know this is the Sugarland location, right?” I pick up my medications at different locations depending on my work schedule… so yes I know who I am calling. He asked me when did I want to pick it up and I asked him what time do they open and he told me nine but prescriptions aren’t ready yet by then. So then I asked what’s the earliest it can be ready by and he told me 10. I didn’t see a point in asking me what time I wanted if the time I requested wasn’t workable. And when I asked for his name he hesitated. Very poor attitude, and very short and rude. if you don’t like your job quit. People are too sick for someone to be with a bad attitude. Even worse that I still tried keeping a nice and kind tone but towards the end I gave back the same energy I was given. Hire kinder pharmacists"

"“TECHNICIAN” RYAN sent me on a loophole of 10 calls because he had no idea what he was talking about in terms of insurance, one conversation with PHARMACIST LUKE and he was able to inform me of what Ryan didn’t know and the correct protocol. Train your people on insurance better. Also Ryan had a very poor, lazy tone and attitude on the phone."

"I tried to pick up Thanksgiving sale items for 2 disabled senior citizens. Separate orders, Separate credit cards to pay. Orders going to different houses. They are unable to walk and shop for themselves. Manager Vanessa said she did not care. I could only purchase items for one house. She did not allow me to purchase my second order. Told me she was watching and if I came back in less than 24 hours she would not allow the purchase still. Said she did not care who it was for or what the circumstances are. She said the coupon says I can put ANY restrictions I want, they do not have to be printed. What I say goes and the wording on the coupon doesn't matter. Will NEVER shop here again."

"I love it when you call a pharmacy and the person answering the phone knows exactly what they are doing and courteous at the same time. With pricing varying so much among different pharmacies, it is refreshing to call one and get a good idea of what you are going to pay quickly and courteously. The woman answering the phone today around 11:00 AM in the pharmacy was just awesome. I called the CVS on Southwest Fwy and the woman answering the phone didn't even listen to my questions and directed me to call my insurance company which I had already told her I did and got an estimate, but it would be more accurate if I called the actual pharmacy I was going to pickup at. HEB is always great at customer service and that is one of main reasons I continue to go back."

"COVID-19 vaccination process is horribly unorganized! Pharmacist, Dipak Bhatt, was unprofessional and rude. Mr. Bhatt yelled and banged on the counter as he was claiming he called me to set up a second vaccination appointment. He did not. I had to continuously call them. After getting my first vaccine, I was told to call five days before. Thankfully I started calling a week ahead, but that didn’t get me in on day 28. When was I supposed to call to get in on day 28? How come no one called me to warn me about the delay? So, when I was able to get an earlier appointment via text, I did so. Mr. Bhatt wanted to set an appointment days after my 28 days, which I hear is fine. However, according to several other HEB pharmacies there should have been an allotment saved for those of us who received the first vaccine there. I can’t help but feel Mr. Bhatt was giving out first vaccines with the allotment that should have been for second vaccines. He never offered any explanation on the delay of vaccinations and made excuses for the text/email scheduling system. The pharmacy turned away the two ladies in front of me who made appointment via text and almost turned away the old man after me. There were no emails, texts or calls stating there was a technical error. I was told to wait hours to possibly get my vaccination. As I waited, I met a man who received his first vaccination the same day as me. After he received his second vaccine, he was fist bumping Mr. Bhatt and talked about lunching together soon. I have included photos of this exchange. It is difficult to not assume Mr. Bhatt’s bias towards certain patients. He did not go down the list chronologically to set up appointments like other locations have done. I hope Mr. Bhatt’s district manager, Tim, sees this and has read my detailed comment on the HEB survey I filled out online. Lots of lives are at risk and this behavior is unethical and unprofessional. If you plan to get the COVID-19 vaccine, I do not recommend going to location #627."
