"If there is a zero star, I would give it. I had them done a rear spring swap, inner tie rods, and lower control arm. This is what happened. Right after picking it up, I started to hear a clunking noise from rear spring. First I thought it was my sway bar link, but after driving 40 miles home, I found out the rear link bolts are almost falling out!!! I could have lost my rear axle and possibly thousands of dollars repair! DO NOT HAVE THEM FIX YOUR TRUCK!!! Also, they are REALLY PRICY! Spent more than 3k for this kinda service!"

"This is not my first experience with Axleboy, and I'm sure it won't be my last. I had them work on a Jeep a few years ago, and they did an excellent job. I recently purchased a Honda Ridgeline RTLE for my business, and I wanted to have it lifted because I go through some rough terrain to get to jobs in unfinished subdivisions. "Exceptional customer service and know how. Steve helped me with my initial questions over the phone for my 4Runner and helped price out a total build, understanding I wasn't tackling it all at once. First part of the modest build is complete with new rock sliders, roof rack, and fluid film application. Everyone at the shop has been super nice and happy to help with each interaction. "About two years ago Axleboy lifted our 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and installed a new set of BF Goodrich tires and 17X9 Fuel Assault wheels. We were thrilled with the results, the Jeep looked fantastic and handled and rode much better than stock. So fast forward to today, I had lost a couple of the 5mm Allen keys used to remove the wheel center caps, so I give Axleboy a call and was put in touch with Jacob in the parts department. I explained my situation and asked if they could order replacements and Jacob said he would check to see what he could do. Fifteen minutes later he called and said he had two replacements waiting for me at the front desk, just stop by and let the person at the front desk what I was there for. I stopped in after lunch and the lady at the front handed me a little bag with two Allen keys, price: no charge. They could have charged me for them but they didn’t. In my experience, a rare occurrence in this day and age. Bottom line, if you want or need top shelf work done on your 4X4, you cannot find a better place with excellent service after they have done the work. I can’t tell you that they won’t charge you for an unexpected item two years later, but if they can, they will. I am still smiling, I won’t forget. "Just had the Gladdy in for new tires, alignment and other odds and ends. They know what they are doing. They have previously installed new gears. Have worked on my other off-road vehicles in the past. They are the place to go in the STL if you do any serious wheeling or just want to create the jeep of your dreams…great job and great staff…"
