"If I could give 0 stars I would, was supposed to do a diagnostic on my car and wasn’t listening when I was explaining what was wrong with my vehicle. Too busy taking calls in the middle of me explaining what the issue with my car was. Had my car for a week just for it to still not start not even 24hrs after the pickup. When I called back to tell him what happened to the car, was told I didn’t tell him what the problem was and rushed me off the phone. Was told I would receive pictures explaining what was wrong… never received them. Super professional would not recommend the shop."

"I took my car to Kenmark and after 2 weeks he called to say it had a bad battery. It took another week to install the replacement battery (which I provided because the "old" battery was only 3 months old and was under warranty). He called to say it was ready after 3+ weeks. When I went to pick up my car it would not start (the car was sitting in his parking lot and would not start). He made some lame excuse that it needed to time to "reset" and that it was low on gas. I got the car home and called to inquire why I still had the same issues that I took the car in for 3 weeks prior. He told me I needed to replace the engine and that it would be a minimum of $2000 in labor to remove the engine and figure out what is wrong. Hummm - if it took 3 weeks and more that $300 dollars to swap a battery out; my guess is that it would be 2 years and $1000's to replace the engine which most likely is not the problem. I do not recommend this shop."
