"Don’t go to this place, I needed my exhaust welded back together and they welded an extension pipe directly on my catalytic converter causing it to melt internally and fail. On top of that they charged $210 for 20 minutes of work (I got quotes between $75-$125 to have the NEW catalytic converter welded on at other places since mine is now bad thanks to them). I asked them for my money back since I now have to replace an expensive piece of emissions equipment and they basically told me to kick rocks. The shop that put the new converter on said that their work is directly what caused my original (already fairly new) catalytic converter to fail. DON’T BRING YOUR CAR TO THESE CON-ARTIST!!!"

"I have used meineke in st peters off and on over the past 15 years for various repairs. One thing I like is the fact the same manager is there. Very rare these days. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Their work is exceptional. They don't force clients to get unnecessary repairs. I would highly recommend them but you may need to use patience as they are usually very busy. Linda C."

"Best experience when it comes to having my car repaired. I called several places about replacing my brakes and they were the ONLY ones to say I could bring my car in and have it looked at (no charge) to see exactly what needed to be fixed and get an estimate. Once there I met some of the most honest, friendly, funny men that were skilled and got the job done. I was not pressured one time or given a stack of things that had to fixed (or my car would fall apart). I will be going back for sure and recommending them to everyone. Heck even another guy there getting his car fixed told me he has been going there for 8 years…that says something."

"I always had good customer service at Meineke. I went there when was considering buying my car from a family friend, and Gary checked it out free of charge. I went back after buying the car and got a set of tires. I had to get a brake light replaced went to Meinke and it was taken care of within the day. About two weeks ago my passenger mirror broke off. Joe not only hunted down a used mirror for me, but made sure that it was in good shape. I also got an oil change while it was there! Absolutely love this place and I'll keep going back. It comes down to trust. Unlike other big name places that have screwed me over, I know that these guys won’t. Gary, Patrick, and Joe are awesome at what they do and they take good care of their customer. I'll keep going back!"
