"The drive thru at this location is awful. Their customer service is unprofessional. I was Made to stay behind three cars I was originally in front of. Then to top it all off the young boy taking my order didn’t get it right. I asked if I could get my kids meal and was told I would have to drive around and wait for it. I stated that I really really did not want to drive around front in the traffic. I was told I could just get my money back or drive around front. That’s my option. (Loudly where everyone at the counter was watching me there are more details, but this is just the synopsis). The manage, Chelsey, was completely rude and should have tried to solve my problem quickly instead of being confrontational. It was a kids meal. Everyone behind me should have had to wait on nuggets too, right?"
"They portion the food like they are trying to save money! I eat Chick-Fil-A about 4 times a week and alternate between going to 42nd & Faudree. I’m 100% sure they are ripping people off serving tiny portions with their bowls and it’s sad because I held this chain at a high standard but I will never go back to the 42nd St. location ever again!"

"There are ladies who work there that treat the door dashers so mean and so rude. Sometimes we can't even complete our order cause they gave it to someone else and lied about it when we have proof its in our system. Or no one wants to help us and is so rude when we ask questions."
