"I'm surprised at how many negative reviews I saw about this specialty pharmacy company. They have been my scrip provider for several months now and the service has been excellent. They have been very proactive with calls, messages and mail in making sure my prescription has been refilled in a timely manner. No complaints at all."

"This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. The people are very courteous but their system is completely outrageous. I've been dealing with them about a medication that I have to have the doctor injection to curb my migraine headaches. Now because they keep messing up the order and can't seem to keep my prior authorization on file I can't get my injections on time. I'm also getting a severe migraine while I'm talking to them because I'm extremely stressed out about the situation."

"WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! Because it's the specialty pharmacy chosen by my insurance company, I have no choice but to use them. Almost every month, there is some issue with the prescription. They don't tell me-I have to call when I don't receive it to find out there's something wrong. Then it takes MULTIPLE (often times hour long) telephone conversations before they fix it. Currently, I've dealt with 2 supervisors who assured me they would be handling it personally within 24 hours-48 hours. Neither of them have handled it. I still don't have my medicine, and no one has called me. Now I have to call them AGAIN. They refuse to overnight the medication, even though it was their error. They always want to put me on the phone with a pharmacist for counseling on what happens when I miss a dose. I KNOW WHAT HAPPENS! Instead of counseling me, SEND ME THE MEDICINE! If you have a choice-DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!"

"Everything was satisfactory until there's an issue to be resolved. I have to be on call for 2 hours to resolve and track a shipment. Still no results. Nobody seems to know what is going on. My kid has not had her specialty medication for almost 2 weeks now, and we are still waiting. I would hate for this to happen to anyone. I would not recommend this company."

"I’ve never had THIS many issues with a specialty pharmacy! I’ve been without my medication since Dec 30th… my GI office has done their part with giving Accredo a Prior Authorization for my medication and a VERBAL prior authorization… and yet they somehow can’t find it in my chart and call me & m GI office asking for a Prior Authorization THEY ALREADY HAVE!! Every representative that I speak with is absolutely no help at all.. finally my GI office spoke with a supervisor and they “got it all figured out”.. I’m supposed to get a call within 24-72 hours to schedule my medication to be delivered to me. I am not going to wait on them, cause clearly they can’t do their job right. I will be calling them and I really hope I can get my medication since I’ve been without it for a month now. This has been the worst experience I’ve EVER had with a specialty pharmacy.. do not recommend this company.. if your insurance will let you… please go with a different company.. save yourself the trouble..!!"
