"Avoid this place - there's a better shoe store in the very same mall. The salespeople here are pushy, and the selection of shoes is poor. The other reviewer calling Bill, the store manager, a bigot is 100% correct. I've heard about him saying very racist things about Mexicans, Native Americans, and African Americans."
"With 4 children I have purchased a lot of shoes, several of which have been here. The service and attention is by far the highest I have seen in the industry and it's always a success. Bill specifically has been extra attentive (polishing the shoes worn the the store and water proofing the shoes worn out). Keep up the great work and as always, I will be back!"
