"Fabulous experience. Jerri rapidly responded to my call and dispatched Nick and Maggie in short order. They stayed late to get the situation under control which i believe prevented permanent damage. All were kind, efficient and professional. They returned daily to monitor the situation and rotate equipment to optimize results. The last step is to get the carpeting restretched but I believe then it truly will look like it never even happened."
