"Just Wow STAY AWAY from this location. My location closed and I've never had any issues.I spoke with three diff pharmacists and/or workers. I was told that my compounded drug would be made EXACTLY the same as the formulary was online. When I went to pick it up, I was given a purple caplet much larger than before, and I cannot try anything new. I drove a long way to get it and it was made wrong. There is NO EXCUSE for this. They refused to deliver it and expected me to drive back and there would be no charge.Give me a break.So I asked the pharmacist to remake it asap bc I didn't know when I would have time.Then on my way 6 days later it still wasn't done. This game playing gets a state complaint."

"Very disappointing business. They have neglected to fill my prescription on 3 separate occasions for various reasons. (Short staffed, holidays, etc.) I've also received another persons medication in the mail! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere."

"I requested that they transfer my prescription to CVS in Coppell after the Pharmacy Plus in Coppell closed. They didn't or wouldn't do it. CVS had to call my doctor to get a new authorization. They are very disorganized and inefficient compared to the Coppell location."
