"If it was possible to make it 0 I would. The people who take orders constantly have attitude and are always disrespectful. They always have attitude when you tell them they messed up your order and act like it’s the end of the world to fix it. Went in the other night as they were dead and after 40 minutes of waiting asked if we could just get a refund and was told to take it up with corporate so we just walked out. I’m not sure what their hiring process is but if it’s to find the most disrespectful people they are right on point. This location is not worth it."
"They won't even acknowledge that you are standing there waiting to order. Worst excuse for a burger King that I have ever seen. I waited for exactly 10 minutes to order. There were two people working the drive thru and no one at all working the lobby customers. It is not even 6 pm. THEY ARE FULLY OPEN. I didn't even get to order at all. Just let the kids play and left."
