"The U Haul location does not have trucks to rent, does not have anything larger than a 10" and keeps saying truck in shop without getting new equipment (this after saying last week truck would be fixed, and then hearing the same thing again a week later). I recommend going elsewhere. U Haul should require providers to have fixed, updated equipment, or willingness to have more than one broke vehicle. The service here is polite, but without services to provide. The picture is very misleading and must be old. Telling someone to go 25 -30 min away (for a total of an hr away) to go to the next rental and not having a fleet is very unhelpful. Thanks!"
