"I don't know how for the life of me SPOTS has as high of a rating as they do. Anyone I've ever talked to that has had work done here has regretted it and ended up costing them more time and money just to have the issue continue or worse. Anyone can replace parts until the issue is fixed... A GOOD mechanic has the proper tools and the knowledge to know what to look for and accurately diagnose the issue without causing more in the process."
