"If you care what your vehicle looks like, don't take it here! They will leave your vehicle with greasy handprints on your white headliner and incomplete repairs. Absolutely take pictures of your vehicle before(if) you take it to them because they will pick and choose what repairs to make, even if the insurance company approved everything. If it's too difficult of a job, they will skip it and hope you don't notice. Who is ok with only part of their hail damage fixed? If a scratch is too much to fix correctly don't just do a bad job of filling it with touch up paint. I could have done that and saved $1500. When you try to hold them accountable, they will tell you to your face they will make it right, but then stop answering your calls and tell the insurance company you were impossible to please. We all pay a lot for our vehicles. Don't let bad businesses like this ruin them!"
