We have had several drivers and all have been very pleasant to talk to and have treated my dad with such courtesy. He is wheelchair bound and also has dementia. He doesn't always understand what is going on, but every driver has been terrific. Always gently but efficiently loading & securing his chair inside the van & unloading. Being able to ride along to his appointments is very convenient."
