"They are the biggest rip off ever, broke down, got into their shop, they charged us 4100 usd, talked me into a 2500 usd part that had nothing to do with what was wrong with truck, the truck was exactly the same as when I brought it in, they knew it and said to me that Kenworth would have to program the computer that they installed, I got towed to Kenworth, ended up being a harness which was covered under warranty, so who knows what they did had not corrected anything and still charges the amount, hope they are able to sleep at night"
