"It took them over three days to fix a simple window motor which would take anywhere else an hour or so to fix and then when I went to go pick up my car I was stranded there because the police were called because of drunkenness so not only did it take them three days to fix my vehicle which was a simple fix but they were drunk while doing it would not recommend to anybody else it is horrible falco thebest part about it was the big giant dog which however wound up jumping inside of my vehicle leaving dog prints and scratched the inside of my vehicle on my dash and my door so no I am not happy with their service at all and no I would not recommend you going there save your money and your time go somewhere else."

"17 different times it took them to get the proper repairs "done". they changed out all four of my tires and now my tires leak air I have to air them up numerous times a week, they damaged two of my tire sensors, and never replaced them or programmed them to my computer....so many months later my lights are still on and beep constantly telling me i need air, my battery light is now on and never was, my engine was leaking oil out of the top it took two times for them to properly fix it, and now its leaking again!! They replaced my spark plugs and even had the nerve to put a damaged one in...they were supposed to be brand new. They did an oil change, and never reset it, and didn't even put enough oil in!! The issues go on and on.....Finally i quit being so nice and approached the shop owner he had the nerve to yell at me and refuse to fix their mistakes....I paid them close to a thousand dollars.....they wouldn't refund my money to go somewhere else either to properly have it done now keep in mind i have 3 small children so being without my car numerous times and having it break down numerous times after i paid all that money was downright ridiculous then the way the owner yelled at me and belittled me ugh i was disgusted."

"I thought I had found a good shop to go to buuut. The first time I went in everything was good and was given a quote on a part to be installed...after acquiring the part I called them back and they gave me a waaaay more expensive replacement cost. I told them about the price I was first given and was talked to like I was a lier....Not reasonable cost at all since the work was not very hard to do. I will not be going back just for the way I was lied to and talked to. I will also tell all my friends and family. I will definitely not recommend Chuy's to anyone. I will be investing in some power tools, that's for sure! lol"
