"Worst customer service and attitudes of owner and employees I have ever experienced. My husband bought 8 injectors from this place and have the receipts from each transaction that took place. Two injectors were sent back to be checked and they had the nerve to say that one of the injectors we sent back was not theirs! Well my husband dug through the receipts and took them to the place and they told him there was nothing they could do. They also admitted that they don't check the serial numbers when they send them out! Which would probably mean they can easily get misplaced or switched and they wouldnt even know. And the lady that is apparently the owner had the nerve to say that the customer is not always right when in fact we were in this situation and she did not want to own up to her mistake. This place definitely tries to get their monies worth by scamming people and at the end of the day we end up buying another injector because these people "could not find the transaction in their system" when we clearly have a damn receipt"
