"Called for a ABS censor, Haley the employee was having a hard time finding my vehicle in her system. She insinuated I was lying about the type of car I drove and hung up the phone. After calling back, still speaking to Haley and finding the piece I was looking for she couldn’t apologize for her mistake. So rude. After reading some of the reviews, it sounds like one of the female workers (maybe Haley) is the problem."
"Everyone at this location has been very helpful I’ve been there every day for the past four days. Worked with different employees. Michael installed my battery. Yesterday it had a rusty screw but he got it out for me and install the new battery. Today Jess was pretty much all alone in the store. Handled herself very well with a rude customer. These people are great at their jobs and this is why I go to this location. They are very resourceful, all of them are . Thank you guys for all your help."
"Only giving 5 stars to keep it on top. Horrible service by one of the female workers. I asked if my wiper blades were still any good. She told me that they're not allowed to go outside after 5pm. Less than 2 seconds later as I am pulling off, a different female coworker is outside with a customer. Just rude. So I called Broadway and the guy says that's not a policy and if I wanted to drive clear across town he would gladly help me out. This type of service is unacceptable"
"These people either lieing on these reviews or it's the employees friends leaving the reviews this O'Reilly is horrible they claim there machines don't work at all then you call them and they put you on hold for awhile then hang up I took a battery in and I was told it was good I then took it to advanced auto parts where I actually viewed on the machine itself and it read the battery was no good and need to be replaced if I could of gave them a 0 I would have"
