"Was is the store about 15 minutes ago it was a disaster very dirty, old coffee all the lights were blinking I asked the girl for fresh coffee she got really rude. No hot cup sleeves so I grabbed the cream and sugar and had it in my hand for two medium coffees I had eight creamers about 12 sugars went to the cash register and the girl behind the counter the rude one had the audacity to charge me a dollar extra for the cream and sugar for the coffee. Telling me that that was way too much cream and sugar for two coffees. Definitely will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere. That girl needed to be focused more on making fresh coffee and her customer service skills then charging an extra dollar for some coffee creamer."
"The woman behind the counter kept ridiculing a other man behind the counter. She talked to him like he was a child. She was yelling about why he never listens. It was horrible. They are busy due to their location, so they dont have to be nice to keep business coming, but if you want a safe, 24 hour location where people arent yelling at their employees, you can drive 3-5 mins further west on University and you will find a Quick Trip and a Race Track."
"Hello I just came to this location I had $7 in coins they said they didn't want to take it they refused service to me he was very rude I said have a nice day and walked out very disappointed and upset with the service that was here I do not suggest this location they also have homeless people sitting out in front of their store tonight in chairs just hanging out on this specific night. this is not a good location I highly suggest you do not come here and the guy that's working Long story short you can tell hes on some stuff very disappointed in the service in this location. U need better employees."
