"Nathan and every employee working the day we stopped in were very helpful and knowledgeable on our wants and needs. They saved us money and made it a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them. Nathan made all the necessary calls or gave us the exact information we needed to transfer my parents plan from another local carrier (where she doesn't get the help she has needs) All the employees that interacted with them were quite helpful and took the needed time to explain all questions they or myself had. I highly recommend the Marion Il. AT&T."

"Horrible customer service. The gentleman at the counter blatantly lied to my wife to scam us out of our ancient unlimited internet plan. He went as far to replace our AT&T Sim card with one for Verizon for some sketchy reason, and tried desperately to get it back when confronted. This store and Devon in particular are not to be trusted. We are awaiting to hear back from the F.C.C. right now. Literal thievery."

"Brought daughter's phone in that was under manufacturer warranty still and we also have their protection plans, was told that they couldn't help with any of that and if we went through our protection plan we'd have to do it ourselves and it would be over $200. Then we called another store and were told that they do handle those things so we were lied to and they just didn't want to help. I will not be going back to this store. I'd rather drive to Mt Vernon that's an actual corporate store."

"On my first visit with Garret, he listened to me regarding my concerns with transferring my phone not only from Verizon but losing some of my valued data, pictures, video, etc. My husband passed away recently so keeping those memories is very important. Garret discussed the options available to me and made the decision and transfer easy. Later that evening, I returned to the store with a transferring issue and it was resolved quickly as well. Garret was very friendly and professional. I appreciate the patience and service he gave me. In todays world, customer service seems to be lacking however, Garret certainly doesn't fit in that category. Give that young man a big pat on the back and a pay raise/promotion!!"
