"This pharmacy is in Sydney of more people because everybody wants to go here that lives in this area I don't see half the people over in Walgreens parking lot and this place is constantly with a few exceptions busy and crowded especially in the car lane. I always go in step up I usually have only one person in front of me I get my prescription. They need more people working the pharmacy if anything just to fill the bottles and leave the other people to do the work online that needs to be updated so far as the drugs are concerned, I would change a few things but I don't run the store."

"Staff at the Pharmacy is rude and incompetent. Needed syringes for my testosterone and because I didn’t have prescriptions there they refused to sell me syringes. I understand their policies but the rudeness of the staff is unacceptable."

"This pharmacy is the best!!!! They go above and beyond to help you and they even help to find discounts or coupons. I actually trust my pharmacist more than my doctors office which is why I always double check with her to ensure my doctors office gave me correct information. They Rock!!!!!!!!!"

"I called to check on a prescription that my doctor sent in on the 10th, it is now the 15th and I still hadn't heard if my prescription was ready. The lady who answered the phone sounded put out that I even called the second she answered. I told her I needed to check on my prescription and gave her my information. She asked "which prescription?" I was calling about. I informed her I only had one. There was a long pause, then she said "Oh?." Realizing she wasn't going to tell me anything else I asked if it was ready and she said "ummmmm, no." Another long pause. I finally asked when it would be ready (trying to get information out of her was like pulling teeth), over a minute later she said "it requires authorization I guess?". I asked her what that meant? Was that from my insurance company? She said it was required from my doctor, which I find odd since he is the one that sent the prescription in. The request was sent directly to the pharmacy from his office, this isn't a prescription I hand carried in and it's not for narcotics of any kind, it's for diabetes medication. I asked when it would be ready as it's a prescription I must take once a week and I needed to pick it up today. She replied, "I don't know? I guess I can call your doctor and try to see if he'll approve it and then maybe someone can call you back." "Maybe someone can call you back"? "I guess I can call your doctor"? Does she even work there? I've never heard so many "I don't know", "maybe" and "I guess" in one conversation with someone who I trust to fill my prescriptions and I've certainly never worked so hard to get information about my medications from a pharmacy that has had my prescription for 5 days and I use this pharmacy for all of my prescriptions, haven't used anyone else in 3 years. It's really not that hard. She doesn't even have to count pills...it's a pre-filled shot. I'll be finding a new pharmacy. Someone who has that hard of a time answering phone calls and questions should not be left unsupervised around medications."
