"Nice people but if your doc calls in your Rx I guess you should expect these folks not to fill it. Last time I showed up 8-12 hours after it was called in and they didn't have the Rx; I said it was called in on voicemail, they checked their vm, found it, and I waited and got it filled. This time I waited an extra day and they didn't have it at all, had to have the doc call it in again and ask them to check their vm right after so they'd get it. Pretty frustrating stuff, big waste of time for me and a little for the doc."
