"If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. First time ever using this pharmacy. I gave them my info to transfer our medications from Walmart. Updated my info on the app and everything. They were almost out of my RA medication. They have me a partial refill and said I get the rest when I was ready. They called and asked if I wanted to come pick it up. I said YES, imagine .y surprise when I got a notification saying my meds had been shipped. Not only shipped but shipped to WRONG ADDRESS!!! They refuse to take responsibility for messing up. My meds went to my old apartment. Who knows what will happen to them. I am LIVID and they just keep giving me excuse after excuse. This is ridiculous and absolutely irresponsible and incompetent behavior for a pharmacy!! Do better."

"I live in grand prairie now and still use this pharmacy. Fast, quick and between my wife and I getting our meds there so often most of the staff knows us by name."

"Best pharmacy my family has ever used. Sun, the pharmacy manager, does an amazing job of dealing with doctors and insurance companies to insure that we get our medications in a timely manner. They offer automatic refills if you choose that option, and they text you when your prescriptions are ready to be picked up. A pharmacist or a tech always call when something is out of stock and has to be ordered. We have never had a problem that wasn’t easily resolved. I grew up in a small town where everyone knew each other. Everybody who works there knows me, unlike the big chain pharmacies where you’re just another number. I tell all of my friends to use this pharmacy."

"While five stars is my normal rating, today it’s not. I had an appointment for a Covid booster. I have a compromised immune system, so I have had three shots. Originally, the guideline was to wait six months for the booster, but the CDC recently said that people in my category should get one after five months. When I arrived for my shot, I was told they had not been approved to give a fourth dose, yet, and I was turned away. Funny, I could get one at CVS, but I don’t want to go to the back of their crowded store. I stay out of all stores, even though I am double masked. Don’t want to risk it. If I knew how to raise this issue at a higher level, I would."

"minutes ago If I could post zero stars I would . Total disregard for good customer service. Their typical response when they make a mistake and don’t order my medicine like they were supposed to in my case and I have a life threatening disease . I have a 20 RX a month and I guess I am not important enough based on the way I was treated . I am transferring all my RX to Costco . After I was rudely told they have to order my RX ( that have had for 5 days ) they ask me if I wanted to pick up my other RX and I said no and I stepped into the waiting area and I heard the pharmacy tech tell the pharmacist that I was going to transfer my other RX he told her “ good “ ! It was not the Pharmacy Mgr, she is amazing but when she is not there they don’t act right which is a shame because I have been buying meds for 20 yrs from Albertsons but they just don’t care anymore . The pharmacy Mgr needs to hire new people. BEWARE CUSTOMERS DONT USE THIA STORE FOR YOUR RX THEY ARE RUDE UNCARING PEOPLE . Tip: always use GoodRx App I just found it and it saves me a lot - even with Medicare RX plan . Good luck"
