"Went for tires a month ago took 3 hrs to change 2 tires, reluctantly chose to use them again today when I got a flat in the parking lot and it took over an hr to balance and mount a single tire and the tire was off nearly the moment I got there. The first time when getting the two tires replaced an employee confronted me about being upset for the time it was taking and things got a little heated, I feel today was retalitory they had clearly remembered me and made it known I was remembered."

"I went in for a new battery and to have my tires rotated and balanced. It took them 2hrs 15 minutes to put in a new battery and do my tires. Miserable service."
