I had tried exchanging a part I had bought two years prior with a lifetime warranty to the Rock Falls, O’Reillys, the lady behind the counter, would not exchange my part, and she accused me of not bringing the original part and wanted me to pay full price for a new one. So I drove over to the Dixon O’Reillys, which is about 25 minutes from my house walked in and a nice gentleman there had the new part ordered within 5 minutes and said there would be no problem at all exchanging it"
"The staff doesn't want to help or even take your money. It would have been fine if there was self checkout but otherwise you have to wait a while for someone acknowledge that it's their job to take my money in exchange for items and not stand there and hold the counter upright. Was an interesting visit for sure."
