"Our Dodge Journey was having issues on our way back to town right after Christmas. Next day (Monday) we called around looking for someone who could get us in ASAP. Ranken was available so we dropped it off. Bill the owner called me the next day with what he had found and said he could have it fixed by Thursday! Sure enough it was fixed and he showed me the part that went bad. Great guy! This was all done over the holiday. We appreciate him working on it. We thought for sure it would be longer since it was a holiday. Thanks Bill!! Definitely recommend."
