"What a truly awful experience. We had 2 prescriptions sent over 3 times today, once by fax and the other 2 times by escript. while one was actually able to get filled we have had to play tag with both the urgent care this pharmacy to try and get an allergy med filled. Stephanie, with whom my wife has dealt with today has been apathetic to just about all facets of her job. After waiting in the drive-thru window for close to 15 minutes with only so much as a finger being raised to tell her to wait longer to now making excuse after excuse as to why they have had 11.5 hours to get a prescription filled that as of their closing, is still not filled. Although we can be understanding of busy times, we have repeatedly followed up with staff today to only be told, sorry we don’t have it maybe have them send it again. Finally when we do get a call 5 minutes before they close they let us know that they see it’s been cancelled twice (we had to have the pharmacy resend it twice), we were told well we don’t look at those because they are out of the queue. It’s a genuine shame in a time where the goal is to support a small business but when we have given them close to 12 hours to fill an antihistamine and they can’t execute it on that it’s a clear representation that their focus is not on providing a quality service, merely focused on collecting a check and ensuring that her lip plumping lipstick stays constantly applied. Stay far away from this pharmacy. They aren’t worth your time and clearly don’t need your business."

"I went in to pick a refill of a prescription and it ended up taking 30 minutes. First, I was told they showed that I had already picked up the refill, and I told them I had not even been in the store for a month. When I finally got the refill, there was no apology for the long wait, and no one, not one of the 3 people there ever said thank you. I live in Godley and don't have a lot of options, but this was horrible service personified. I advise somewhere else if at all possible."

"We have been using this pharmacy for years and the service has been on the decline since Terry and Randy left. My son's PCP submitted a refill on 8/23 and when we went by on 8/29, and it had yet to be filled. For this medication, they filled out a paper request form to their distributor and gave it to them on 8/28. When asked about the time delay, I was told it was my responsibility to follow up with the pharmacy to make sure they had the information to complete the refill. The staff made it seem as though the delay was due in part to me not calling to make sure they filled the prescription. I was also informed that a clerk walked out on them recently and this is the reason they cannot answer the phone or keep the drive through open. If you call, the line gets disconnected after a few rings or you are prompted to leave a voicemail, both of which are less than ideal. We are in the process of moving our other prescriptions to another pharmacy. I hope things change for the better for them but if this lack of customer service continues, they will continue to see more loyal customer leave."

"Absolutely terrible and incompetent. Impossible to get prescriptions refilled in a timely manner and won't answer the phone nor respond to voicemail. Finally picked up my newborn's medication and the pharmacist forgot to mix it-- I received a powder instead of a liquid for my newborn."

"Service is terrible since Randy retired and Terry left. Pathetic that they cant even fill a prescription the same day. I switched to Dan's about a month ago. The only reason I'm giving a 1 rating is because they don't have a lower option. My parents didn't switch and as I write this my Dad has been waiting 2 days for his eye medicine because they have unopened shipments. Parents are switching to Dan's also."
