"I came in with my teenage son because he was uncomfortable with the cashier at the self check out during a prior visit and was worried she'd be there again. She got close enough to touch him while he was trying to pay for his items, that he had no issues scanning the couple items he had and he said the whole interaction made him feel super uneasy. While he mentioned it to another cashier and said that she stands way too close for comfort, it was just brushed off as being overly friendly, that she's always this way. He absolutely refuses to go through self check out anymore."

"I stop in here about once a month. Today when I came in I needed something at customer service. When I asked the worker behind the counter if I could get help, she half way looked back at me as she was walking away, looking annoyed, and said that it would be a minute. I told her not to worry about it and left to go to a different store. When I worked customer service, I was taught that you always stop what you are doing to assist the customer, but it is 2023, so I guess we should adjust our expectations."
