"Recently this store has gone downhill since Jennifer and the other morning girls left. This was the only 7/11 where the people seemed genuinely happy to see my son and I every morning. They were wonderful. Now however, it's always just not a great experience. The skinny older woman with the long hair seems to always have an attitude. Just this morning when I put my number in and asked about a promo, she very rudely said "put your number in". Being that id already done so, I just looked at her waiting for it to maybe take effect on her side. She just snapped the total at me again. The promo in which they have stickers for Never took effect and she was thoroughly unwilling to help in any fashion. Never once has my experience with her been pleasant and I've given her multiple opportunities to right herself over the course of time she's been there. All in all, I think I'm just gonna go to Valero from now on. They treat us really sweet there, and if I can't get the sales anyway, then it doesn't matter much. Luckily this is a small town and word travels quick, as others I've spoken with have brought up her ill attitude as well. She needs a solid training session in customer service because it's absolutely non-existent."

"I’ve had nothing but good experiences at the 7-Eleven until just now, two minutes ago. The cashier is beyond rude, unhelpful, and ugly inside I simply was asking for how much a bag of ice was and because I didn’t hear her. She got mad and repeated it to me rudely I had five dollars and change and a five dollar bill due to the ice machine not working across the street that’s why I was asking how much it was and I gave her the five and change and a five dollar bill and requested to get the change back in two dollar bills and she refused to take The quarters and quarters is money too and I believe that they cannot refuse any type of change the upbeat part of it is the man behind me handed me a $50 bill as he walked by me that’s how rude she was and thank you to the gentleman behind me was not needed but very much appreciated. I’m new to the area and that is going to be very helpful for me. Thank you but the rudeness of this cashier I need a job so if you don’t like your job, I’ll be more than able to give good service and take your job because someone with your attitude that doesn’t deserve to be working in public. Thank you."

"They don’t clean their coffee machines so you can’t ever get coffee. Their excuse is they don’t have time but I have tried several times over several months to get coffee here and it’s always the same. The message on the machine always says machine needs to be cleaned. People are just lazy."

"I visit this 7-11 regularly and have been very disappointed to watch it steadily decline since it opened. At the time of this visit, 4pm on a Wed, many products are not stocked. There is an employee preparing to stock, it appears. He is constantly shouting and yelling out to the employee behind the counter. There are numerous boxes in the aisles and around the end caps, making it hard to navigate the store. The soft drink/coffee/slurpee aisle is horrendous. The floor is disgustingly sticky and trash containers are full."
