"The worse place ever prescriptions were sent here electronically and when I came to pick them up they said that they were too busy to add the insurance in the system and then after 3 hours wait because I left 50 minutes away it took them another 60 minutes to get the medications filled. I just don’t understand why they haven’t filled them in while waiting! Extremely rude staff! Yet they didn’t even have the full amount of medications!"
"Pharmacy staff is as good as you will find in the city. They are attentive, generous and patient. These are not easy traits to maintain working in a busy pharmacy. I’m lucky they are close, but I would drive across the city to come to this locale."
"Very disappointed in this pharmacy. My 3 month old daughter has terrible acid reflux and this pharmacy never seems to have the medication in stock. This has happened twice with 2 different medications. When they don't have the medication, the pharmacy says they'll order it, but they never do. They never call you back and never dispense any medication. It seems like they hope you'll just forget about it. When you have a screaming 3 month old at night who's in pain from reflux, you just don't forget about. This is a poorly run pharmacy. I expect at least one courtesy call telling me the status of an order but I never get that. This pharmacy is too busy and too unorganized to care about their patients. I will not returning."
