"Young lady at this location very unprofessional , lied and said they did not have a item probably because she did not want to work , when i went online to place my order for pick up in store she then told me they have multiple Kid Foot lockers in this mall which i find hard to believe. highly disappointed with the service try to higher people who would treat a customer as they would want to be treated."
"Went Saturday May 14th. There were about 5-6 young girls in the store. They were very rude and unprofessional. I was 3 feet away holding a shoe and none of them asked did I want to get the shoe. I had to ask the the ONLY young man in the store that was actually doing his job to get the shoe."
"Only visited 2x and both times upon walking in the cashier is busy talking about personal life and when you say excuse me, instead of walking over to you they'll yell what size you need. Not very personable and it just seems her job isn't that important. I tried them 2x just to give them another chance. There will not be a 3rd."
"Great selections! Got my daughter those yellow Polo boots. She refuses to take them off! It was hard explaining to my 4yr old she couldn't sleep in her new boots. Lmao! Big Smile."
