"Sorry for your loss, but it took me two months to gain the strength to confront John about his deceitful business practices, the emotional trauma he invoked in me during the process, and to give him one final chance to make this right as the repair was never completed. I need to speak my mind. I went the entire summer without air conditioning because you didn't do your job. I paid you everything I had in hopes I would be back on the road to make money. I haven't been able to work because I can't drive for rideshare without a/c. Not only that, you accused me of lying twice- which I proved you wrong because I drive rideshare and happened to have a recording device In my car so I could prove that YOU told me the price was $60-$70 to change the part depending on how complicated it was to get to the a.c blower resister (5 minutes by the way not two hours like you claimed because when I took the car back to show you what you did wrong, you popped the cover off in one minute-- the other 4 minutes were spent talking about your cute granddaughter so I gave 4 minutes extra ) NOT $350 plus parts!!!! After hearing the proof you lied , you agreed on $100 plus the parts. But only after your passive aggressive comments about having my husband to pay for it (I'm not married- recently escaped an emotionally abusive relationship where money was used as a form of manipulation and the entire reason I'm in the mess to begin with- thanks for reminding me). I told you my husband would of made me go to the dealership but because I'm being financially manipulated I needed to save money and I told you I went to you instead of the dealership for the reason of NOT asking anyone for help! Im healing dont worry! Today I had the strength to do it! Today I went to confront you, but learned you passed away. I know that my air conditioner is not as important as your life John, many things are more important. That's why I didn't complain when it was 98 degrees outside and I was sweating at traffic lights in July and August, because I had more important life things, and confronting you about taking money for parts and repairs that never were completed was not at the top of my list. I apologize if this is inappropriate to the family, but I'm in the process of healing from many people that have done me wrong and accused me of wrong doing when I was the honest and empathetic person to these people! Part of my healing process is gaining the strength to stand up for myself and since I can't do it in person today, I will do it here. Sending prayers to your family during this time and I forgive you John. Sending love and light to anyone that reads this!"

"WORST auto repair shop in the entire QCA area. My best advice, in summary, is RUN. Reasons: Extremely dishonest mechanics. They told one amount for repairs then tried to change the amount right after. Finally got them to honor the original amount they told (which was still $200 more than any other shop would charge for the work, made plenty of calls and did my homework) and they claimed their card reader was down. Considering I work handling financial legal matters, I then verified twice that I could get a money order to bring in to pay their already steep price. The individual on the phone said yes— TWICE. So obtained the $900 money order, filled it out to their “business” - since after all, isn’t that what they are SUPPOSED to be - then upon arrival to pay them and pick up the vehicle the very shady and dishonest mechanic demanded cash only. Anyone with two brain cells is aware money orders are still cash in hand, but I guess when a company is most likely trying to get away with being underhanded on their books and taxes, they do not want to have any paper trail. Completely unprofessional. On the plus side, they have now been properly reported to the IRS, BBB, and local business authorities. While this is a civil matter (although it SHOULD be criminalized) at least I was able to provide enough actual evidence to know they will be investigated within the fiscal year and my greatest hope is that the mechanics at this horror show of a shop decide to magically become actual DECENT human beings and stop screwing their patrons over. Utilizing their “services” the one time out of necessity and not choice was still one time too many. Lesson learned— save yourself and RUN from this shyster slum shop. This review is also being shared via many sources as this experience was not mine alone apparently. Good luck!"

"Worst shop I've ever dealt with. I can handle a rude guy in the phone, but this guy did not update me at all. Car sat there for over 2 weeks just to be told he didn't want any part of replacing fuel lines and a gas tank. Not an extensive job! And I had to call for each update. Worst experience with a shop I've ever had"

"I literally could leave the longest review explaining all the reasons that this gentleman should be your mechanic but i will keep it simple, im not a friend or a relative just happened to stumble upon one of the best mechanics and humans left in the QC! My time bouncing from shop to shop trying to find a reasonable priced and intelligent mechanic is over. This guy is the real deal! I appreciate ya John"
