"I was calling to get a prescription transfer request and the phone rang for probably 10 minutes I didn’t hang up because the pharmacy hours showed it was open, this was at 10 am, once there was someone who answered the call she says her name in a slurred manner and I didn’t really care until she says she is going to wait for the pharmacist to set up a transfer request for me which isn’t necessary due to previously doing it with someone before. So she puts me on hold for another 5 minutes after waiting that long I hung up and called again only to wait with the phone ringing for another 10 minutes a male answered his name was Alex and I asked if there was a female which was the first person who answered he answered her name is Gaby I let him know what happened and he didn’t even apologize or anything it seems this pharmacy has really badly trained employees in the Walmart on university needless to say I did not transfer to this pharmacy due to poor service quality."

"Find everything you need and the best way to it is the self check out because they hardly have any registers open Second time trying thr food and not really feeling it or happy with it"

"Every time I go here they always tell me they just received the order and it’ll be 30-45 minutes. The last two prescriptions I mentioned it to the order and seen the order get submitted and yet they lied dead to my face saying they just received it and I told them that I seen it submitted and they admitted it was put in 4 hours prior they just didn’t fill it"

"Horrible customer service. Been back twice already just to pick up 2 prescriptions and they called to tell me they were ready and when I got there they were on lunch so now I have to wait another 30 minutes when I was supposed to be able to pick them up at 10:45 this morning."

"Horrible! Waiting for 10 minutes to drop off prescription the lady behind the drop off counter never bothers to give eye contact to acknowledge that I'm there the rest of the staff see me there and scatter everywhere else to not help! Obviously they don't want to work soooo Took my business to CVS in and out in 10 min. Problem solved"
